---> Yeah buddy! The bar in this gym weights (I believe) at least 5kg more than my usual gym... that was HARDCORE, believe me!

--> You can think this exercice was crappy, the weights were a shit, I know, but I had the bigger pump in tri's in my whole life. Today's session was hardcore for me, even weights don't reflect it. I'm pretty much satisfied with today's workout, my delts looked RIPPED and HUGE (my g/f told me I was MUCH BIGGER than my usual size... she was talking about delts )... I felt in heaven guys, you don't know how much I love it.
