lol .. don't worry mate .. i don't take these simple incident as a reason to not posting in ur log .. before all that we're great friends ;) .. ur the only spanish mate that o know him .. the reason that i rarly post in log section is being busy these days with training and being most of my time at the gym trying to catch some good stuff of the pros for u guys :)

I just stand back in envious amazement at the consistent PB's that litter this log on every session. You'll be benching 300, squating 400 and deading 500 by the end of the year with these improvements! Awesome work my friend.

our leg days are exactly the same or they were that day are numbers are quite similar as well your lying ham curls are better though but I havnt done legs for a month now back on it next week

--> You can think this exercice was crappy, the weights were a shit, I know, but I had the bigger pump in tri's in my whole life. Today's session was hardcore for me, even weights don't reflect it. I'm pretty much satisfied with today's workout, my delts looked RIPPED and HUGE (my g/f told me I was MUCH BIGGER than my usual size... she was talking about delts :D)... I felt in heaven guys, you don't know how much I love it.

excellent job hitting those pbs. Having your g/f there probably helped with your motivation, excellent job man. You did a load of volume too man, had to fry them muscles! Great job man, how are the results coming in the mirror? getting any good compliments from the g/fs? compliments are always good man, excellent session bro.

@ Tweak: My muscles are fried, you are right. I just got up and I have some pain here and there. I believe I'm bigger than last month, that's great... my delts, IMO, look fucking awesome, today my chest is full... my arms are beatiful... I hope I can sustain this! Yeah, my g/f is an inspiration for me, because she is my g/f and because she is hardcore in the gym! Ok, she use light weights, she doesn't want mass, but watching her doing dips, vertical leg-hip raises, seated calves raises and squats is fucking great.
