our splits are quite similar actually good volume in your workout and your numbers are good.

great session man, excellent job on the new personal bests, your shattering them left and right lately, thats what its all about man. You have to be seeing results in the mirror as well! Weight is really jupming up and look at all that volume, keep this up man I expect nothing but a superb session everytime in here.

Hi mates, today I went training in my g/f gym... I haven't sleep much this night, you can supose why :D

Pulldown
Set 1: 50kg (110,5 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 2: 60kg (132,6 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 3: 70kg (154,7 lbs) x 10 reps
Set 4: 75kg (165,75 lbs) x 6 reps
---> Very hard this time... :(

Chin up
Set 1: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 7 reps
Set 2: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 7 reps
Set 3: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 7 reps
Set 4: 72kg (159,12 lbs) x 10 reps P.B.!!!

Seated Lever Row

Always between 1.5 and 2 times the width of my shoulders. They are REALLY hard to perform.
