Superb work on the squats. It's always a real boost to get a P.B on a big exercise like squats. Great leg work and abs too. Can't ask for much more than that. Awesome stuff.

4 personal bests?! Awesome man, that's all I can say! What impresses me the most is that you keep your PB's in calf exercises too when others just neglect calves completely. Keep it up, bro.

Awesome job on those P.B's!! Our squats are about the same man, lets see who can get to 225 first. muahahaha. You deffinately getting stronger, and I like how you keep track of your calve exercises as well, good for you man. keep it up!
