Your back and arms must've been absolutely fried after this! Nice weights on the pulldowns and congrats overall on all your personal best; you have so many of them each time it's hard to keep track anymore! :eek4:

Tnx bro Pitball, seated calf raises are pretty hard for me... it hurts a lot my clafs (obviously) but also my quads, high weight over them.
