Deload session for shoulders and Tris.

What I do is circuit training 4 laps 5 exercises for shoulders, 4 for tris. weight aimimg for 10 reps ( easy). Non stop.

DB press 27 kg
lateral raise 12kg
BB front 22kg
machine press 90 kg
plate raise ( with twist) 15 kg

blood fluding exercise

laterals non stop all to failure

10kg-9kg-8kg-7kg-6kg-5kg-4kg-3kg - only arms. ( it hurts bad..)

watching your arms with no weight trying to do a lateral raise,failing to come up is wonderfull!

Dips ( failure )
pushdown 35 kg
skulls 30kg
rope pushdowns 10 kg

blood fluding exercise

kicks

10kg-9kg-8kg-7kg-6kg-5kg-4kg-3kg - only arms.



Pretty cool deload.. but I really wanted to do some MM press..

it's a necessary deload. Felt good actually.

I've gained 2 kilos since my last stats update.

i'm at 82 kg now.

This is the start of an hipertrophy phase till december 8th, the day that I start a strenght phase again. So let's up the reps, lower the weight, up the sets and the dizzyness !!! hell yeah


Legs



AT(fuckin)G Squats - 2 wu / 80kgx12 / 80kg x13 / 90kgx10 / 90kgx8 - drop- +reps - drop - +reps. / lay on the ground breathless.. and remebering chris cormier training with yates.

Front squats - 60kg x12 / 60kgx12/ 70kgx11

BB Hack squats- 70kgx10 / 70kgx10 / 70kgx8

single leg extension - 20kgx12 / 20kgx12/ 20kg x10

Db stiff - 32 kg x 8 / 32x 8 ( pretty much was dead already, and shaking like hell)

leg curl- 60kg x 10 / 60x10 / 60x10

3 sets of crunches-

Men.. 15 min with my head down in the locker waiting for the dizzyness to stop. my head hurts from all the reps up and down... it's my second leg session in this phase i'm still getting used to the volume and rep range again.

Felt hardcore!! and I'm ready for next one!!:borat:
