ghetto GHR- 2 wu / BW x9 / Bw x9 /Bw x7 (WOW I feel the power! first time doing these, it feels awesome! I still have to touch the ground though..I'll be incorporating these again fo sure!

Stiffleg dead - 80kg x 12 / 120x8 /120kg x8 (better than last week)

Leg Extension - 2 WU / 80kg x 9/80kg x 9 /80kg x 9 -drop 70kgx3

Front Squat- 1Wu / 80kg x 5 / 80 kg x 5 / 80kg x 4 (much better than last time, next time I'll be getting 6-7 reps...I hope..

3second (at bottom position) Squat - 80 kg x 6 / 80kg x 5/ 80kg x 5

Bulgarian Squats - 12kg x 12 / 15 kg x 10 ( Third increase in weight in the last 3 weeks!)

Calves

Calve Press 1WU 5plates(200kgx 11) / 5plt x 10 / 5 plt x 10
Standing (slow negative) 40kg x 11 /40kg x 10 / 40kg x 11


Nice session ! really enjoyed the Front Squats!

good session bro. i also like front squats alot cause its a good exercise and its good to get some variation from regular squats, but i also hate the fact that my front squats suck so much compared to my regular squat.

good job on the ghetto GHR, i've never tried it but it looks brutal. keep up the good work bro!

Yes I got rid of some unecessary body fat. I'm on a clean bulk now. Feel much better now that I'm gaining muscle but still have that 4 abs showing.

I corrected my stats already.. the height was wrong LOL plus 7cm..
