It's been a while but the log up is again..

(at least for today... feedback..)

I was going to start a new routine but has the session progressed I didn't feel like it.. I was enjoying my chest training and shoulder and triceps never crossed my mind.

Focus : load/reps progression

Chest / Bicep

BB Incline Press
3 WU 80kgx6 / 90kgx4 / 90kg x 3 :shakefist:

DB Incline press
1 WU / 35kgx8 / 37.5kg x 5 (MOAR)

Machine incline chest press
75kgx 12 / 80kg x 8 / 90kgx6 (100 next time)

Pullover
35kgx12 / 40kg x 8 / 40kg x 10

Biceps

Did a relaxing Bicep session since I trained them 2 days ago..
(only last sets)

BB EZ curl 50kg x 8

seated incline hammer 20kg x 9

DB preacher curl 20kg x 8


NIce session!

made some progressions this past week, gonna progress more the next workout for sure.. I want those 100kg for BB incline, 40 kg for DB press!!

Yeah I always curl'd heavy..it's easy for me.. With the presses, it's not the same thing.. have to train hard to put those up!

I used to only be able to do 12kg-15kg at the Db preacher it kinda sucked I did't like the preacher a bit! thought that exercise was not for me..

but one day out of nowhere I did 20 kg for 6 easy.. just like that..did almost 20 reps with the 15´s that I only could do 8-10 reps.. I was like WTF???

my biceps have developed really well sice I do them in a regular basis..specially the peak. that was something i though I didn´t have..
now it's my fave exercise :bitelip:.. going for 22kg.

Squat- 2Wu / 100kg x 9 / 120 kg x 5 / 120kg x 5 (I want MOAR!, did too many WU one was good.. it took some streght.. )

hack Squat - 130 kg x 11 / 140kg x 8 / 140kg x 8
Bulgarian Squats - 10kg x 12 / 12 kg x 12 ( second week incorporating these.. good exercise.)

90kgx 8/ 100kg x 6 / 110kgx4 (100 being the whole stack..so lets pile it up) I want MOAR !

Flyes
27kgx8 / 30kg x 5 drop - 25 kgx3 more reps

Well I need to explain this..some call it Heath curls, I call it Diogo's curls. I don't believe in alternated curls.. well not has much has one arm at a time..so what I do with Biceps is that I concentrate in constant tension and going to failure and beyond, just because of the nature of the muscle and bicep exercises. so I split the set, for example if I want to do about 8 reps total I choose a weight that I'm going to strugle for 6 reps one arm only then do other 6 reps on the other and then I try to do more with the other ( usually if I only do 6 I can get 2 more = 8 it's kind one arm at the type with rest pause, but he other arm does it's reps while i'm rest pausing the other..

let's say that all this curls are one arm at the time. not convencionally alternated.




DB curl 1WU 22kg x 9 / 25kgx8 / 27kgx5 - drop 20kgx3

seated incline hammer 20kgx10 / 22.5kgx8 / 25kgx5 -drop 20kgx4

spider DB curl 15kg x 12 / 17.5kgx8 - drop 15kgx4


Did reverse curls bt concentrating in the forarms.. not going up all the way...

BB reverse curls

35kgx 8 / 35kg x 8 / 35kgx 10 ( this hurts )

Great, Great Bicep session, chest too,,, I progress from last session if you compare..

good session Natzo. good job on the bench presses there. bet your chest had a crazy pump after those flyes. and it looks like you put in a good effort on the biceps exercises aswell. overall a good session. keep up the good work bro!
