Start of Power phase!

Squats - 3 wu / 120kg x 8 / 140kg (310 lbs) x3 / 140kgx2

Front Squats- 80kg x12/ 90 kg x6 / 90kg x7

BB Lunges ( gym floor lenght, it ends up being 12 - 15 reps each leg)- 20kg x 3 sets

leg extensions 60 kg x 12 / 65 kg x 8 /65kg x 8

DB Stiffs - 35 kg x 12 / 40kg x 8 / 40 kg x8

GHR - BW 8 reps x 2 sets
