still training. just been lazy and busy to update the log, due to college work.

I'm still hitting it hard though.

today's session included

some bench 100 kg x 3

db press 40 kg x 6 ( PB )

30 kg seated hammer curls for 4 ( PB)

oh, done in the morning and in in a national holiday... - that's hardcore! :turborun:

lol at last comment I already deadlifted 200kg I tought it was 190kg but JoaoT counted the plates (thing i can't do) and it was 200kg..:bitelip:

Well it's true i had to give a lesson "How to count weights in the gym" to Natzo.

You put all the effort in those workouts man. Continue with that spirit.

Crazy shit.. my legs were pumped up to the max and hurting like bitches..
I'm seeing results by the week... pretty sweet time for me right now.
going to see if I can take some progress pics or video before I start the strenght phase.
