First day of Strenght Phase !! hell yeah.. The tasty stuff begins!

Legs

Squat 140kg x 4 / 150kg x 3 / 150kg x 5

Front Squats - 80 kg x 7 / 100kg x 4 / 100kg x 5

Leg press - 240 kg x 10 / 240 kg x 11

leg extension - 85kg x9 / 90 kg x 7

Stiff BB - 100 kg x 11 / 140 kg x 4

calves - 2 sets in the leg press

tasty workout, I'm glad cause I wasn't sure about some weights but some of them will go up in the next session... had no spotter today too.. so..

yeah I was suprised how I was able to move nicely with 100 kg and it didn't felt heavy on the shoulders. If I can get 6 reps next workout I think I could put more 10kg on the bar let's see..:gaysign:

decent workout. felt tired of taking and putting all the plates.. dripping sweat by the end.

yeah my Mp is pretty weak.. but I only started to do them like 6 months ago..

but def. it's an exercise I struggle to progress..

Just keep doing them and u will become stronger in no time, its the balacing required to do standing presses, me on the other hand, dont do much db pressing anymore, i did do them yesterday, got 32kgx5 pretty easy, want to get to 36kgx5 soon
