hehe, I know.. it was just pretty obvious in your switch from freestyle-BB to a lot of basic stuff that your back training with team BB :)

The reason I did the free-style training is only because I had absolutely nothing else to do during my vacation. :D Besides I love to train so I chose to do 1 maybe 2 basic exercises per day so I wouldn't burn out when training everyday.

No I don't think my back is my strong point. Not visual anyway. I'm just some what strong in BB rows and that's about it. :D

My strong points would be legs and shoulders I think.
