Well then I would be pissed because that guy just looks like shit.. :no:, in comparison at least.

Yeah well.. My goal this year was to be in the top 3 and I managed that. As long as I can improve from show to show.

I have had some good gains since my comp last year so I'm just going to continue what works for me and hopefully place 1st some day.

pics look awesome JB......u defiantly without a doubt looked like u easily took second, i really can't tell how great of condition the guy on the far left was but u defiantly had second place...... oh well u attained ur goal of top 3 and thats all that matters

I think you're right. ;)

I'm only doing 5 sets of squat now a week and that is the only work for quads I'll be doing.- that will give me more time to spend on some of my weaker body parts.

Yes he was.

No I'm not flexing. I think I just did an regular abs/thigs and is about to put my right leg in front of the other and flex my abs again.
