2 good sessions, those bb rows were awesome, so heavy, what angle is your back at out of curiosity, and how wide do you grip?

Thanks dude.

My back is at a 45 degree angle and my grip overhand with all fingers on the same side of the bar. :)

I like the way you bench as of late, with the reps descending like that. Seems interesting.

Dips seem to have gone well, along with every other press of yours. Inclines inparticular.

You mean the rest/pause? You do 5 reps with a weight you'd only manage to do 6 maybe 7 reps with, rack the bar, take 10-12 seconds of rest, do 4 reps, 10-12 seonds of rest, do 3 sets and so on down to 1 rep. You'll end up doing 15 reps with a weight you'd only have done 6 reps with.
Btw you might want to have someone spot you.

You forgot the more common C) the bar stays on you. People laugh and point. You turn blue. Ambulance is called.

deadlifts are quite immense.

Rack pulls are nothing short of gargantuan status :ughnoes:

Must I mention your massive rows, as always :ughnoes:

2-3 sets, got it. I'll be sure to get a video of me doing them as well :ughfingers:
