2 good sessions, those bb rows were awesome, so heavy, what angle is your back at out of curiosity, and how wide do you grip?
sweet deads and front sqauts too, well done

nice leg session there man, the rest pause on the squats must have been hard as hell
lol at the bike of doooom![]()
My legs are pretty sore today.:crymeariver:
I like the way you bench as of late, with the reps descending like that. Seems interesting.
Dips seem to have gone well, along with every other press of yours. Inclines inparticular.
bike of ultimate doom![]()
You mean the rest/pause? You do 5 reps with a weight you'd only manage to do 6 maybe 7 reps with, rack the bar, take 10-12 seconds of rest, do 4 reps, 10-12 seonds of rest, do 3 sets and so on down to 1 rep. You'll end up doing 15 reps with a weight you'd only have done 6 reps with.
Btw you might want to have someone spot you.

I'll give it a shot in a few weeks.
A spotter? for shame, part of my training includes keeping the bar on my chest until I A.) pass out or B.) somebody takes it off and gives me resuscitation

Massive back session. Must have felt huge after that.

deadlifts are quite immense.
Rack pulls are nothing short of gargantuan status
Must I mention your massive rows, as always
2-3 sets, got it. I'll be sure to get a video of me doing them as well![]()
