i do that as well... but im unable to control the weight when i get heavy.... im not talking about physically being able to lift it... but i have a lot of troubles keeping ot on my shoulders, even when my back is purfectly straight.

A good advice is to keep your elbows as high as possible. and I always wear a t-shirt because the bar might slip I do it in a tanktop due to me sweating.

I try to switch between free weights and machines as far a hamstrings goes. Mostly because it keeps me motivated.

Deadlifts didn't go as planned. During my set with 180kg I pulled something in my right ankle and it felt like a rubber band snapping. :2:
