That's one of the best movements for traps. I feel the pump very soon.

I set the bench high incline so I'm only just leaning a bit forward. I can feel it pull a bit in my shoulders though so I won't be doing it too heavy.

Put the bench at 45º position and pull a pair of dumbells. It works wonders for rear delts, at least it does for me.

PS: I think your are lifting pretty heavy for being in precontest diet.

looking very good. What are you're expectations from this contest anyway? Also, what do you plan on bringing up this next off season? Too me the only weakness it appears you have and you've even said before is your arms. They're just a touch small for your frame but it's not insanely noticable.

3 weeks out yes?

I do, of course, plan on winning but then again I can't control how the others will look like but I'll do the best that I can to get in shape.
Yeah arms, chest and upper back (in that order) are the areas that I want to bring up and I'm really looking forward to my next offseason. You are absolutely right about them being to small for my frame and I hate doing the front double biceps because of this.

Yep almost 3 weeks out.. I'm competing on September 5th.

^^ I think is not your arms, I believe you only lack tris.

PS: what about adding some back shot pics? (Nude glutes, please :D:D:D:D:D)

It's both bi's and tri's all though tri's are lacking the most.

I think your shoulders outpower your arms and make them look smaller.

BTW youre gonna win that competition, bc that day is a great day...that day is the best day of the year.....that day....is my birthday. :gaygay:

Well I don't see any point in changing a whole lot in my training just because I'm dieting.

You're right about my shoulders overpowering my arms (and chest for that matter) but I can't really train them much less than I do now, so I just have to get my arms that much bigger.

I'll paint your national flag on my glutes that day then. :gaygay:

Not long to go now and you're still able to superset squats :bitenails:
