Decline French Press:

EZ BB. Curl:

Chest Supported DB. Hammer Curls vs. Dips:
4x10x11kg - 4x8-10xbw

Pushdown vs Cable Curl:
4 sets -4 sets

Closegrip Bench Press:
4x6-15x70kg

I'm 3 weeks out from the weigh-ins.

Todays training.

High Bar Squat vs. Front Squat - All sets more or less done back to back:
8x100kg - 6x70kg
8x100kg - 4x100kg
8x100kg - 4x100kg
8x100kg - 5x70kg

Lying DB. Leg Curl:
4x8-12x32kg

Leg Extension vs. Standing Calf raise vs. Standing Leg Curl:
4 sets - 4 sets - 4 sets done back to back.

nice leg workout jb:2: how come u dont do regular leg curls in a machine? u feel theres any benefit of doing em with a dumbell?

BB--> We dont have a machine for that + I prefer to do it with a db instead.

Mvsf--> Workouts usually take around 25-30 minutes.

Papi--> If we do heavy squats or rack pulls then the training might take around 35-40 minutes but usually it lasts no longer than 30 minutes.
I think I'll take some pics today.

MR--> I (more or less) can train legs how ever I want and they still grow but I do like to get it over with.

The workout took about 35 minutes but we where 3 guys today.

Bench Press:
8x120kg
2x6x120kg
10x100kg

Incline DB. Press vs DB. Press vs Dips:
4 sets - 4 sets - 4 sets done back to back

Seated Cable Flyes vs. Pushups vs Cable Crossovers:
4 sets - 4 sets - 4 sets done back to back

Pushdowns:
5 sets.

I was pretty surprised that I could do 8 with 120kg.

I had my last cheatday (I have 6 hours were I eat what I want) yesterday and took this pic this morning.

No not yet and I don't even know if I can get striations in my legs. Hopefully I can and I've got 13 days of cardio left.
