Sin City had its moments.

Very true. I'm just trying to build up a pretty awesome movie collection. And DVD's (good condition) for $3 is pretty sweet. Tomorrow i'm going to spend like $20 and get 6 different movies of my choice.

traitor. You were suppose to get all the Land Before Times, then sell them on eBay for profit because we all know those movies are a gold mine for money :spy:

on a movie related note, I'm looking very forward to I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry

Who the hell owns ANY of the Land Before Time movies? I thought all copies were burned.

Thanks for that review Line. I haven't seen any of those movies yet. I like Stephen Spielberg, John Cusack is cool (but your review worries me about that movie :ughnoes:), and The Royal Tenebaums has an excellent cast. :xyxthumbs:

So, in the past few nights I've seen Mission: Impossible 1, 2, and 3.

2 > 3 > 1 imo.

Also, I just finished watching American History X. Great movie, but sad.

So did I. I actually watched it again the other day. I like James Mangold films.

Transformers (2007) - The bad robots (Decepticons) crash down on earth to destroy it. Young Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) buys an old Chevy Camaro (Bumblebee) and eventually Bumblebee signals the Autobots to protect against the Decepticons. This movie is visually incredible, but seriously, it seems like Michael Bay has lost control of his cast and puts all his attention towards the robots. It could have been a lot better.

*** (out of *****)

It was the other way round. Who cares about the humans when you have kick ass robots? I wanna see more Robot. This movie is called TRANSFORMERS and most of it is some bullshit love story and macho army men. What a mess of a movie. Plot hole after plot hole. I guess Bay just thinks we're retards and won't care? This movie is obvously aimed towards kids when it should be aimed towards the fans that grew up with the franchise.

The action is ok. Nothing special. Big bangs, big weapons.. big whoop. Seen it before. I expected more, or expected too much. Only thing that made this movie worth while was the fact it was a live action movie of The Transformers.

Lets hope the second one makes more sense. Overall it was a good summer blockbuster action movie, but thats about it. This movie too me is just all eye candy with no taste.

5/10.

Pain, I agree. I wanted to see more robots and less humans. I'm just saying if Bay is going to have shitty actors in it, then they need to stop screwing up the film and make watching the movie more worth my time. But more robots would have been a lot better IMO.

15 bucks for Gladiator? you got ripped HARD.

I got it at Meijer, so of course I got ripped off. It should have been $10 at most, but they still try to sell it full price because it won an academy award. :jerkoff1:

Watched 'Deja vu' last night. Once you overlook the incredulity of the main conceit and the plot holes it's still a very entertaining film.

Order 2 disc set of 'World Trade Centre' last night.
