Romper Stomper is an Aussie flick with Russell Crowe in it. Very gritty. It's also where Russell learnt to fight and beat people up for no reason.

I finally got around to purchasing one of my favorite films of all-time, The Rules of the Game by Renoir. It's one of the 20 or so films I've ever given a 10/10 to.

Haven't seen it but it's supposed to be one of the greatest films of all time. Did you get around to watching The Deer Hunter?

Equilibrium: Flawed concept, decent actors, decent action, ultimately lacking in suspense and ironically emotion.

Aeon Flux: Good concept, visually stunning, interesting story, ultimately lacking in suspense and character development or emotional involvement.

Fearless: Interesting, and had some good fight scenes, but lacking when it came to keeping the audience interested in Jet Li's character/story.
