The finger man is a complete idiot. Eating completely raw food (meat, eggs) is just plain stupid and downright dangerous. If 'the finger man' actually had done some reearch he would know that you for instance absorb the protein in eggs wayyy better if it's cooked. Uncooked raw eggs on a regular basis can lead to biotin deficiency which is really bad.

Futhermore has it been scientifically proven that raw-food eaters have a shorter life-expectancy. I don't know why Levrone would waste his own time and hours on some lunatic who clearly doesn't have any idea of what he is doing.
Yeah, it's a stupid myth so many people believe. Eggs also contain avidin which cuts the protein's bioavailability (how much of it can be used). Cooking the eggs gets rid of it. Thus, making the egg actually have more protein when it's cooked rather than raw.

This is really interesting I didn't know that about eggs! Not that I eat them raw though. But I don't understand, what do you mean he eats raw meat? Like fish, maybe round steak or something? Damn, what a nut! :umwtf:

But isometrics isn't all that bad I think. I use it sometimes as well, at the end of a last set (not every fucking set) to use some of the slow twitch muscle fibres. Tom Platz did this too. :thumbsup2:

July 9, 2009

The past few days have been busy. I took a comprehensive steroid test at Quest Diagnostics, and then I traveled to the West Coast where I’ll be completing the rest of this transformation.

The Quest Diagnostics nurse oversaw the procedure. In a week or two the prescribing doc will give the results to Dave Palumbo, who arranged for the test after he attempted to call me out for using steroids during this transformation. I look forward to hearing Dave announce the results publicly. I realize this might be the first of many tests I’ll be asked to take. Doubters, bring it on.

I managed to get a few workouts in during all this and I posted the written programs below, plus a video clip where I talk about “old school” pullovers. Thanks again to the Finger Man for the raw food video. From the West Coast, Levrone out!

Answering your questions • LevroneReport.com
July 10, 2009

Getting settled here in the West Coast. I did back and biceps yesterday – the written program is below. Took a few days to coordinate the video taping. But we’re cool now, I’ll have some fresh new training videos for you tomorrow night.

Here’s a video of me answering some of your questions. It’s great to just look into the camera and answer you by name. I’m grateful for your involvement and honored that you’ve been posting so many questions and ideas. Keep it coming – I may pick your question next time.

Also, here’s clip of me on nunchucks. This is the first time in decades, man. Not many of you know this, but I earned my black belt years ago. Maybe I’ll get back into it, who knows. Any martial artists out there? Let me know. Kevin Levrone, out.
