Yeah, it's a stupid myth so many people believe. Eggs also contain avidin which cuts the protein's bioavailability (how much of it can be used). Cooking the eggs gets rid of it. Thus, making the egg actually have more protein when it's cooked rather than raw.The finger man is a complete idiot. Eating completely raw food (meat, eggs) is just plain stupid and downright dangerous. If 'the finger man' actually had done some reearch he would know that you for instance absorb the protein in eggs wayyy better if it's cooked. Uncooked raw eggs on a regular basis can lead to biotin deficiency which is really bad.
Futhermore has it been scientifically proven that raw-food eaters have a shorter life-expectancy. I don't know why Levrone would waste his own time and hours on some lunatic who clearly doesn't have any idea of what he is doing.
