He got a newer model I guess.. Sounds like he is really in love this time!
From Phil: To say this woman is incredible is just an understatement. @ mrsheath you have been all that and more by exhibiting love and knowledge that I couldn't fathom even existed. Being with you has always been amazing, even through the trenches as you continue to provide me the comfort a man needs to truly be HIMSELF! I ain't perfect but at least being around you makes me much more whole as a man living in a crazy ass world. This life we live isn't always glamorous and you took upon this relationship without hesitation of the unknowns presenting itself. I will continue to learn more from you, love you and take precious time enjoying every moment with you. At this point in my careen living life is much more important as it's about planting new seeds, exploring together new horizons and watching our relationship flourish! For any man out there that loves their woman, it ain't about social media trust me but truly your actions FIRST as like my girl says, "people do what they want to do." Love on your woman but most importantly, be an active participant because if you say you love her she is beyond worth it! Have a great day everyone.

Phil Heath the dream breaker! This was Phil Heath taken 10 years ago before the 2008 Ironman Pro!

From Phil Heath: I know I rarely share with you all progress pictures as i keep them to myself but figured you'd appreciate this one ten years ago. This was taken in Feb 2008 just before I hit the stage at the Ironman Pro. Here's some advice to every competitor do not ever rely on gym lighting with sunlight entering the gym because it'll give you a false sense of reality. Many of fans will see even this photo and go wild but fail to realize that Just like this photo although impressive can hurt you contest day. Doesn't mean you can't take these type of pics but you must always remember that the comp stage lights ARE NOT THE SAME! Shout out to Isaac Hinds@liftstudios for taking this picture. Oh can anyone guess my weight in this pic? Have a great day people.

"New week same goal, to be the best version of self! Embracing the journey as it will have all types of terrains some easy some difficult. Keep that fire burning within regardless of adversity and most importantly, have fun, so much fun that others probably think you’re strange. I remember being a new pro and always smiling, joking around and my trainer Haney Rambod told me to calm that down because people thought it wasn’t good. I literally said to him, “are you/they out of their damn mind?! Here I am living my the dream of being a pro at something, killing the weights, traveling the world meeting amazing people worldwide and I should just be stoic?! Well I ain’t gonna do that. Imma be myself whether people understand me or not.” Basically I encourage each of you to be yourselves, while being courteous to others. Set those real goals, I mean the ones that you know inside you wanna put out into the universe, but are too fearful. Remove the fear, get planning, start doing and when you succeed, always be willing to thank those people who participated and also give back. Have a great week!"
