Did some conditioning today

5 rounds:
- 400 m run
- 25 squats

Time 14:50

Comments:
- I think my conditioning is getting better. I can run faster than the last few weeks and I can squat withoud stopping to catch my breath.
Glad it's getting better, but I have to put my cardio nazi comment in: do it for 20 minutes!

Did a 5K run today. Total time 30:00 mins. In about a month I will be at the Dutch commandos. I'm gonna increase my conditioning work.

nice work on the 5K run, a 5K walk is enough to give me a heart attack/ bleeding in between the thighs from the hammy rub!

so is this commando thing you joining the army?

I will do this in Dutch.

We moeten 1 week meelopen met de opleiding tot commando. In andere woorden het word gewoon zwaar afzien. Probleem is dat dit een eindexamen onderdeel is van mijn school. Moet er dus wel enigzins mijn best voor doen.

Nope not joining the army but its a part of my education. They wanna see if we can handel stress situations and be a leader even when its physical very challanging. Its just for one week. After that it will be weightlifting only.

Did some striding today. A new lesson which is founded by an Australian guy. Its a small incline threadmill were you have to do all kind of different exercises. Pretty hard to honest. Ive tried to find it on youtube but couldnt find it. Total time about 1 hour.

I wont update this log till April. I'm doing cardio/conditioning about 4 times a week and I try to do 1-2 strength sessions a week. All in all the cardio is pretty boring so I wont bother you guys with it. After I'm back from the commando's I'll start updating this log again with "real" workouts.

I will start cardio too, but I will train normally. I think u can update ur log sometimes? If u don't I have to wait to the April then :D. C'ya around.

I havent logged for a while but this is gonna change. Next monday everthing is gonna be back to normal so will be my training.
Just got back from a week with the Dutch special forces. It was great, I suffered a lot but it was worth the effort. I'm gonna graduate soon and wanted to start a new study to become a fysiotherapist. But they select peopel by their points. Its a bit different from the systems they use in other country's, but who know. My results are great atm so hopefully I get selected if not I'm going to the Dutch special forces. They have a very hard selection procedure as well and not much peopel get thru it. But who knows.

The weather was great today so the bike challange was "great". I had to give all I had but I came in on time. It took me around 2 hours to finish the 30 km parcour.

Looking forward to next week so I can lift some weights again. Cyall next week.
