Thanks m8. Ive been doing this kind of training for a while now. Its works good to get my strength up since my stats are very bad. Gonna do this for 8 week and peak in week 9, after that I'll change from trainingstyle although it will be simelar to this one.

hehe i don't eat fish, maybe some tuna in teh soss once in a while... but that looks pretty good, spare meal for skinny mothers tough :D

I just love to eat fish, the only problem is that its too damn expensive to eat every day :(. So I vary between meat and fish.

Here in Norway it's the opposite. meat is expensive as hell but fish is quite cheap so i eat fish allmost every day.
