no pics. however i am now about an even 200lb. i just started the mild diuretic today. i have a vein running up my ab and it is getting more prounounced. i will likely come in at about 197 i'm guessing. i am far darker than these pics now from just natural tanning (i do my cardio in the sun, two birds, one stone). i must say i am very pleased with how i look.

^ it's this saturday. i took the diuretic this morining and i have been pissing straight (seriously as clear as can be) water all day lol. really tightening up. practicing my posing the other day i was very satisfied with my overall physique. even my worst critic (my brother) couldn't help but be impressed. he usually jumps at the opportunity to make fun of me or tell me how bad i look lol.

I don't think I ever commented on your pics in here earlier, but I will say you have a sick side tricep. Your legs look like they need a bit of work (detail wise) based solely on the 2 pics you put up in here; however, I completely understand what a pain cameras can be when it comes to showing detail. Chest and back look solid.

ya i know, but in real life my legs look pretty damn good especially now since i am getting ready to leave tomorrow morning and i have put my first coat of jan tana on, that stuff is amazing!
