Thanx for stopping by man, my grip has really improved in my opinion, but for some odd reason the heavier the dumbells get, the thicker the handle, so its even harder

Bought some dark rage and dark matter from MHP and some nitrocore, just to try them out, much cheaper then in europe. tommorow start week 2 of cycle 2!

Oh - your doing the 5/3/1 as well? What do you think about it? I'm planning on trying it soon when exams start and i'm cutting back on my training.

^^ i personally think its awesome, got some pb's here and there, and the workload is pretty intense, goin all pout on weights u never go all out on,. different feel for sure.
