I have the same problem with my bf though. I never kept a clean bulk so i guess I list my self as a endo-mesomorph probably.

17 1/2 guns still great numbers even if u have a high bf, but 16 inch ripped look much better.:)

Your shoulders and your lower back got hammered! Nice workout session. Calves are the only muscle I dont like to train :(.

Got a massive cramp in my right hamstring, damn that hurts like a bitch, damn hamstring...just bored out of my mind here, it's 6.44 am and i am writing a paper that is due in 10 hours. Barely slept yesterday and gonna go with no sleep till after the class at 6:30 pm. So that would make almost 36 with no sleep and 60 hours with only about 4 hours of sleep...whoohoo....after that im gonna crash till monday lol

My entire back is so sore because of the deads, i love it! plus i got this pain in my quad right where it connect at the top, dang...hope it doesnt mess up my leg day...
