Hey guys! long time no see,

First off, i took a couple of days off because my right arm was hurting bad, couple of factors, started playing basketball again, so right elbow and bice were sore, but deadlifted the next day, on the final 2 reps of my last all out effort set, my grip ( the underhand) couldnt really hold on so i had the bar on the tip of my fingers, pulled my bicep, and my right shoulder and elbow started hurting like a bitch, so needed a bit of rest

Comments: Texas state has a pretty good D1 team, plus im only here for a semester, i wouldnt be able to play, seems like fun though, i think i could hold my self at center lol

because i want to improve my grip strength, but i think i might get some for my last sets

Doing wrist curls on a flat bench helped me the most, I row 150's now without straps.

awsome session PV. good effort on the bench getting a new PB for reps, and then going for a heavy set afterwards. solid work buddy, nice numbers and good amount of volume!

a great and simple exercise to get a grip like a vice is just to take a barbell with a heavy load and in stead of shrugging it , just hold it for as long as you can. Try them my friend

good session prince:2: nice squats. i hear ya on changing program. understandable if ure prolly gonna miss out on sessions, and 5/3/1 only have u hitting each lift once a week. i missed 2 sessions lately cuz i was sick and i can imagine that it can really ruin the progress of the program if it becomes a regular occurence. keep us updated:2:
