@ Freako: so far so good, like the DE days

This week ive been superbusy with school, no time to log

This is what ive done this week, good week to say the least

ME push press: 90kg, pulled a muscle in my neck lol
DE Deads: 160kgx3 6sets, all strapless
Rack pulls: 5 inches higher then ground: 180kgx1, just fooling around, no belt or straps, next ME will try and max out
ME bench: 120kg! finally got it
Did ME front squats: 120kgx1, PB

I hurt my wrist and my shoulder, so no DE squats, plus i wanted to try FSQ 120kg, went up pretty easy, 140kg soon!

600 euros, bodycraft powerrack, panatta ajustable bench and a bar that can hold 450kg, still gonna need to buy weight, but there is a site that sells them and you can pay in installments!!

Nice man! Hoping to get a real setup myself, just got to get a place with a basement or garage when the winter comes..
