hahah I know...The only suppl I take is albumin, here in Brazil is very expensive. For example, 1kg of whey will cost me R$100, which is 20% of the minimum salary over here. At least the food is good and cheap.

you don't need supplements vegeta. I've worked in that bussines as a shopkeeper. they just cost a lot of money. just lots whole food.

HAHHAAH, i get money from goverment, but i live by my self ( with my gf) and have no family here, just came here for school, so money is tight.

^^ I live in holland since 2006, after finishing high school i had to choices, live in Aruba and have a mediocre job and a mediocre life, or go to the "motherland" and achieve a higher education, which meant that i had to make big loans and come here by myself and live by myself in a foreign country at the age of 19. My family have their own life and have to take care of their own, so i dont bother them much with help, my brothers need it more then i do, what i do get to live, is enough to pay rent, the other stuff( phone, gym etc) and food, but thats about it.

In my situation, all the people in aruba, its the only other choice, unless your family has lots of money, love it though!
