Jono I highly recommend continuing to train even if it is ad hoc (e.g. the training week spread over 8-9 days). You're dealing with a lot of stuff that does require you to spend some time unwinding and doing something energetic.

Also good work on that squat PB!

there seems to be a lot of drama in here, which i cant be bothered to filter through. Move to australia though. You can have my bed and ill sleep on the couch and then ill have a training buddy that isnt a mini micro machine in height. BAM

P.s Fantastic push presses pro. 90kg means you could soon push me above your head for an ultimate warrior finisher :D

Hey man, don't stop training! Do some pushups, pullups, pistols...you can do a lot of things with zero equipment.
