Strong session! Though to heavy db presses, shouldent go heavy on DE days, at least no forced/negative reps (Nor on ME days).

@ pingu: yeah i know, but the ability to train shoulders and not having my wrist hurt made me excited, so i just went for it, that and to make up the shitty session of last week because of minor injury

Even though you didn't make the lift, I'm glad to see you give 220 a second go -- that's determination right there. Congrats on the PB, man, you'll be pulling more than that in no time if you stay consistent.
