That sucks that you had to dump the bar but that's a strong session regardless. Perhaps box jumps or something similar can improve your explosiveness from the bottom of the movement? Something that exploits/enhances your stretch shortening cycle?

Form and posture look great there. Those PB's were made even more impressive because you did them after overhead pressing. Great job, man. It's cool that you guys have something to do a log press with too, even if you're not used to using it yet.

Line: Just the vibe of that gym and having all that stuff made for a awesome lifting day, there is a dutch strongman pro that trains there, very strong for under 105kg class

Taking 2 days off, im just sore and super tired from the last workout, my cns is dead lol, tommorow is DE squats! might do 120kgx6x3 or 130kgx6x2, not sure yet
Wow, took 3 days off, my body was a wreck, to much heavy lifting these last 6 weeks, lots of pb's though, so happy bout that, gonna start back squatting again tommorow,havent done so in a while, will do 6x3 ME, maybe 120kg or 130, i hope anyways, and this friday ill be heading to the other gym to do some strongman lifts again and will be filming more!!
