Sorry for the lack of updates, very bad eye infection, and my gf got operated so had to take care of her, have been training though, some highlights

PB's
Push press: 95kgx1, 100kgx1
Deads: 6x3x180kg, only belt
Rack pulls: 240kgx1
Bench: 130kg with a slight spot though

Finally my wrist is good and my shoulders dont hurt while squattting, so have done some squatting, 3x2x140kg, will increase very fast!!

will start logging more frequently on monday!

lol, dont get hating on ur pecs for non responsive. After heavy pressing from a pin your no doubt rooted. When I was doing 6+ sets of heavy chest on a singular move the thought of even doing pushups after were no fun. lol P.s awesome curls beach body vegeta.
