I had to stretch to extreme limits to take a clock of one of my walls ot change the time...think i overstretched...2 hours later i was benching....so yeah...im gonna take 3 days off..

Thanks guys! im gonna take rest a couple of days and go to the gym in the weekend only to do cardio and corework/shoulder rehab work
