Today:

elliptical work - 5 minutes/.55 miles
Squats - 95x8, 135x8, 225x3, 195x5, 185x6, 225x2, 135x8 (breathing, low as possible. pain.)
Smith Lunges - 65x5, 85x5, 95x5
Stiff legged Deadlift - 135x10, 225x5, 185x8, 135x12
Superset 1: Lying leg curls - 140x10/Leg extensions - 160x10
Superset 2: Lying leg curls - 155x10/Leg extensions - 175x10
Superset 3: Lying leg curls - 200x3/Leg extensions - 235x5 (PB[/BOLD])

I've got to dash to work right now but will have some comments/reflections up when I get back tonight.

prize one nice advice from me, if you do the leg extentions, try to focus on about 10 reps with a 2-3 second squeeze, you don't have to use heavy weight its all about contraction baby

get it up, squeeze for 2-3 seconds and let it down slowly, also try to put your toes back as far as possible... it gives you the ultimate pump and believe me your quads gonna get bigger each workout ;)

notes - legs feel horrible right now :). Smith Lunges are fun. Can't wait to add some weight!

Turk - gotta love those supersets. I'm going clean bulk for the rest of this month and see where I stand. My diet has been really good for a week now and I already can see a difference.

1 Arm Barbell press - 45x12, 55x12, 65x10, 70x10, 80x8
100 rep laterals (50 each arm) - 10 lbs
DB Side laterals - 35x10, 40x8, 45x7 PB
Barbell upright rows - 65x10, 75x10, 85x10
B/O Side laterals - 20x10, 30x10, 35x10
----
CG bench - 145x8 PB, 150x8PB, 155xPB
DB kickbacks - 15x10, 20x10
Reverse grip tricep extensions - 42.5x12, 50x12, 65x8

notes - I really like the 1 arm presses. No burn from the 100 rep laterals :dunnodude: Will go heavier next time I try them. Compared to last week's shoulders/tris I was a great deal stronger today :food-snacking:

questions - really just for ordinary...am I supposed to do a 100 reps for each arm totalling 200? Also what kind of angle did the bar flare out on the 1 arm BB presses?

Thanks bro! I took a 10 lb dumbell in each hand. Did 10 reps with the right, then 10 reps with the left, back to the right until it totalled 100. Will try a heavier weight next time. The 1 arm BB press...I took a BB and stuck one end in a corner (like t bar rows) and while sitting on I pressed it outward. The 1 arm presses feel awesome...I have to credit ordinary for both of these exercises.

Prize... man that's awesome that you tried both exercises. My little man is growing up:xyxthumbs: The workout looked great! On the laterals... yeah, you want to do 100 each arm, so 200 total. If you didn't feel the burn, then yeah, go up abit, but I think hitting an extra 50 reps a side will make a difference. And for the press, the I kept the bar pretty much over the shoulder or a bit outside the shoulder and then my elbow flares out a bit. And for the pics, you can already see a difference. Awesome!
