I dont use a very strong incline, but I feel I get a better contraction of the lower traps/rhomboids. Its an exercise where you dont really have to concentrate on form so much, which leaves you able to concentrate on contraction a whole lot more.

Nice work Skeptic, especially on the deep flys

Thanks man! Deep flyes hurt sooo good hehehe

I usually do low reps, I just wanted to increase the rep range a little bit for a change over my diet. Once i start bulking though im gonna go back to more of a low rep higher volume type workout.

Ive also dropped the weight back on my squats and deadlift so that I can take a serious look at my form. I think it needs a bit of work.

Not really into Lamb of God, I listen to a lot of Deeds of flesh, Decapitated and Immolation when i train

IMO~ After "As the palaces burn" all Lamb of God discs are just ok. "New American Gospel" best stuff by them.
Immolation, cool. We played a few shows with them. Incantation too.
Do you like "strapping young lad" ? The song "Almost Again" Crushes!!!

Did the same thing with weight and reps for my diet, down 28lbs now, 13 more too go.....

Viogression.

Oh true, just checked you guys out. Did you play with bands like Immolation like early 90's and stuff? That would have been fucking awesome.

Checkin out some of your stuff on youtube and whatnot... pretty brutal stuff. Im more into the growl vocal though. Vocals sorta sound like Chuck Schuldiner in a way.

Smoking weed with the man (Chuck) who started Death Metal everyday for 3 months on a tour bus traveling from city to city of sold out shows. Yeah dude it was hella cool!! To put it in perspective for you, there was no internet then. Only college to college internet.

Squat failure blows doesn't it. I wish I trained with a partner in those cases. Someone who could assist me with the rep rather than me having to drop down and roll it over my head.

Thanks man, nah it didnt discourage me, I was just a bit pissed.

Yeah, I use the sissy bars when I'm lifting towards my limit, that way I can just set it down at the bottom.
