Set 5 was a grinder ey, I was beginning to wonder whether I could actually finish it. Set 6 however I just got a massive 2nd wind and raped it.

your like my harder younger twin. my right knee hurt last time i did heavy squats too, i blame wearing of poor quality thongs. are you a victim?

p.s props on blitzing the bench after being annoyed with ur squat. much tougher then i give u credit for.

Squats felt unusually easy... first couple sets were easy. My knee was feeling fantastic today, I think the extra warmup on the bike did the trick. I only got 5 in the last set because I think I got a bit excited that it was the last rep, I got way off balance comming out of the hole and just couldn't correct it.

I only did 5 sets with bench because the gym closed. :shakefist:

I was also being distracted by these retards deadlifting next to me. I'm all for letting the bar hit the ground in between reps... but you don't dump the bar on every rep. They were also hyperextending majorly on lockout so I kinda sat and hoped they threw their backs out.
