Failed. I couldn't get comfortable under the bar with heavier weight.

I will fucking get all of saturdays session done if I die in the process.

Was pretty fucking hard. Was potentially the hardest thing I've ever done in the gym... but I have a feeling I'll be saying that a lot over the next couple of weeks.

Nice squatting though. Getting those last couple of sets is always tough.

Yes puking is counter productive.

But you really don't know how to push yourself and come out the other side until moments like puking from training. For the ultimate it has to be military induction.

hairy muff. the only time ive even puked was squat related but it was because i ate 2 herring sandwhiches 30 mins before.:gaysign:
