Yo Skeptic, congrats on finishing the smolov training program! That's a hellish routine indeed, and 20kg on your max squat is really impressive. How were your gains in overall weight and leg development through the process? Did you take any measurements? Im thinking about doing this routine as well.
Thanks Pete! I don't think I made any huge gains as far as size goes... I think its purely because I wasn't eating enough. El Freako reported big leg growth though.
