i do a full body workout 3 times a week

back-db rows kinda like doing rear bent lats but upwards
4 sets 40-50-60-70 10
biceps-
db curls alt
4 sets of 10 or 8
25,30,35,40 (8 with 4) best form ive ever done
all complete negs on way down
legs-
db lunges
4 sets 30,35,45,45 10 each
tris-
one arm pull down
50ls 4 sets of 8
abs-
standing ab rope crunch
4 sets 150
i dont do chest on this day or the second
im slowing doing chest ...
