Leg press
4 sets of 12 with

hack squats
4 sets of 10

Leg extensions one legged
50lbs 4 sets of 10 each leg

Then protein shake etc
got home got ready for a church dinner
with family

Chest will be

Smith BB press 4 sets of 8

Underhand cable Xs 4 sets of 10

Decline DB flyes 4 sets of 12

back will be

V-bar pull down 4 sets of 8

cable row 4 sets of 10

back extenions 4 sets of 12


abs will be

dip bar, leg raises 4 sets 8

standing ab rope crunches 4 sets of 10

kneeling ab rope crunches 4 sets of 12

Vbar pull down (use a straight bar but held as close as possible)
WU 40lbs 8reps
4 sets of 10 100lbs,

Cable rows
80lbs 10reps WU
4 sets of 10 180lbs

back extensions
45lb WU 12 reps
4 sets 12 105lbs

Changing my routine
instead of 3 days a week its 4 days a week
the extra is for if i cant finish my originally planned 3 day

like yesterday i was suppose to do back,chest and abs
so today is chest and abs
then next day is arms, and next is legs.

on another note i lost more significant weight
I weighed myself at the gym wearing nike air lowtops
with crew socks on, joe boxers, reebox shorts, and 2 full sleeveless tees
weight on the monitor said
183.3lbs
nearly 2 months ago i was 191lbs :S

The back session looks pretty good but to be honest I'd like to see some more compound movements instead the cable work. Still, good to see you're willing to go to the gym more often to make sure you get all your sessions in.

Are you dieting now?

nope, i keep losing weight fast though, i eat little bits of food every hour or so
cheese, some oats,cereal, (raisin bran) and a Cytosport whey protein shake
sometimes tuna.
i added bout 10 more lbs to the cable rows and still managed the same sets n reps, and i took 8 days off from the gym.
i cant do much of anything else with BB for back
as of both arms are double jointed, the following hurt like a mother fuck
DB shoulder presses, BB rows, DB tricpe extenions, and BB bench/db bench
left arm is especially weaker since that has the winged scapula
i showed my mom how i can tell it is its pops out like a giant knife
but my right arm doesnt do that at all
so if i do back shoulders chest with DBs or BBs its all light weight with controlled reps to make up for it.

Thanks Max! my joints have been this way for bout 4years or so
i can only lessen it, but not prevent it completely

todays chest,and abs, cardio
trying to get my dad out of his room
he does cardio while i work out each time we go to the gym
he cardio for an hour.
