nice leg session. alot of good exercises. i dont know if you need all those warm ups before the exercises, you could just do one big warm up with the leg extensions and with your first exercise. but i noticed youve been posting in my log alot lately, so i decided to drop by.

ey mate, looking at those pics i realize we have very similar bodys, with some abdominal fat and so, maybe we have same bodytype :/ , we lift same weights and so...

ill keep and eye @ ur log, but, btw what was the routine which gave you better results? i would sale 4x a week, push pull no faikure routine

I dont know actually, i try to experiment with the routine im doing
switch off, but i've been doing alot of pulling and only push for chest and legs usually, its hard to lose the gut, ive been eating just oats with water, and having cereal in the morning with omega fishoils and vitamins
used to way 201lbs in september 2006 with gym clothes on..
now i weigh 1901 with full clothes on.

Paul - thanks im curious about taller peoples lifts, i see alot in my gym who
do good lifts, lol i wish i was taller :(

Banshee - thanks :), ive been training at Spectrum for about 3 and half years
and those rope crunches do a good number :), i do them a little differently.

Bulkboy - thanks man, its hard to take a good pic of the back here
i used my webcam, but i couldn't find a good position, i also gotta lot of junk on my desk ... i need to get rid of, i kept looking at the screen on the side
and i cant even use my cams software program :( everytime i load it pc locks up, so i have to move the cursor on the "take photo" button and hold the mouse in my HAND!, and click while im in the pose :S it sucks

Today-
Cardio, biceps

Cardio
10-15mins on Bike
every 1min 30seconds i would raise the resistance level by 1
and i did from level 1 to level 5

then treadmill
every 30seconds i would up the incline by .5
and every min i would up the speed by .2 until i hit 3mph
and then i would up the speed by .1


wooops forgot bout biceps

Preacher curl machine
15lbs 2 sets of 12 one set for the lower bicep
another for the upper bicep
did the same untill i hit 50lbs
but on the upper bicep i got 6 good reps

then Standing DB curls
WU 15lbs 12 reps
then 25lbs sitting down 12 reps
and then standing up 12 reps
THEN lol, BB curls with Barbell
4 sets of 12 with 50lbs

at the end of treadmill period i was at incline 7.0
and 3.8mph 30mins on it. 5laps
im going to add the incline and speed next time in 20seconds
and 50seconds.

FF - thanks, also am starting to diet, been eating oats for breakfast with a glass of natural decaffeinated green tea. and then again, some meat and fruits here and there :)

BB - Thanks!, gonna rev the cardio and try to do it 4 days a week

Good session of cardio and biceps. Alot of quality bicep work there and a nice amount of cardio. Good job my friend.

Looks like you trained your biceps very instinctually...good stuff, sure it burned!

WU 75lbs

vbar pull downs,
WU 40lbs behind neck
then 4 sets of 10 with 90lbs
2 sets to chest, 2 sets neg and slow to half

back extenions on machine
WU 45lbs 10 reps
4 sets of 10 with 105lbs ( slow reps)

chest-
smith bench press
WU 50lbs 12 reps, wide grip
then 4 sets
105lbs 12 reps, medium width
125lbs 8reps close grip
135lbs 6 reps legs crossed
145lbs 4 partial reps, and pause at the top

DB decline flyes-
10lbs 10 reps WU
4 - 5 sets of 5 with 25lbs

Pec deck-
WU 30lbs 12 reps
working sets 70lbs 5 sets of 12

abs-
Standing ab rope crunch
50lbs WU with 10 reps
then 150lbs 4 sets of 10

cable rows are solid dude, v-bars are great too nice to see you focusing so much on form getting that great contraction.

Smith bench is looking descent as well and I love all that ab work dude, strong core as always from you :xyxthumbs:

thanks Tweak, i love the feeling of contracted muscle
slow reps with decent weight,makes u feel like steel
after each set on the vbar pull downs
i went to the dip bar and did quick tri dips
then 4 slow dips with my hands in the front of the bar
and slowwwly down and slow back up

going to change my tricep workout
going to do 2 sets EZbar standing extenions
and 2 sets sitting down
then 4 sets of 4 Bar dips my way (more tri work)
