aight i do whatever in the gym now
if i feel or see a body part lacking too much
i train it etc

did squats,supsetted with cable rows
did one and both handed cable curls
some tri stuff etc
one of the personal trainers said the gang was talkin bout me
saying im doing pretty good, and got bigger lol wtf?
i was bigger then cus i had alotta fat
im leaning out slowly .:D

i do incline seated DB curls 25lbs each hand
4 sets of 16-20
at the last couple reps are both handed
instead of alt
then DB hammer curls
55lbs 4 sets of 10-14
then standing db curls 35-40lbs
as many sets and reps possible

chest aight
doing flat bb press
145lbs 4 sets 10
going up slowly

doing cable xs
and low cable xs

tris is instinct
abs is instinct
legs, leg press 415lbs 4 sets 14
squats on a squat machine thing
145lbs 4 sets 12
back is instinct
shoulders is all DB

Insinctive training can yeild some good results if you balance it well.

Serb - i'll try to explain better

today

Legs, calves, arms

Legs--
leg press 4 sets of 8 one legged 150lbs
with one legged full motion calf presses
same weight as leg presses 4 sets of 8 per leg

super setted with standing leg curls
4 sets of 8 with 50lbs per leg

then seated db curls multi positioned
palms facing out, then behind etc
4 sets of 16-18 first set 25lbs then the last two sets
30lbs

Standing DB hammer curls
55lbs 4 sets of 10-14
last two sets 12 reps then 14reps
trying to get up to about 14-16 reps on it
then keep it there and try to get 60lbs hammers curls in
with at least 4 sets of 10

chest is going good
since im now using real free weight barbell bench pressing
helps alot more
noticed the actual usage of the muscle
so all is well

PS: did some cardio
medium
10mins near heavy resistance

nice leg and bi session, hit them both from every angle. Chest youll definitley notice more results benching free weight, just by balancing a free weight bar your building more muscle so keep that up.

Dobbs - thanks, im gonna change my routine sooner than i used to
quad-weekly, or every 4 weeks at most. !
yea free weight feels better, dont have to do alot of reps to feel
it working

two days ago
or one i forgot lol

Did some lower chest on hammer machine
4 sets of 14
from 70 to 90lbs per side
one handed 4 sets 14 each hand

rotator cuff WOs

DB hybrid rows ,
50lbs WU 6-12 reps
Then 3 sets of 8 per arm with 95lbs
hybrid rows are a cross between DB rows
and rear DB raises
helps back alot for me , at least
then i drop setted to 80 with 8 reps per arm

then triceps
70lb one handed tricept push downs
2 sets of 8-10 each hand

tricep push downs with lat pull down
70lbs with 12 reps, then 80lbs with 8-10
then drop set
60, then 50. 14 reps each

done then ssome heavy quick cardio

all Dbs 4 sets of each 10-12 reps
20lbs on fronts
25lbs on raises (multi positions)
35lbs on bent rears
30lbs on side lats

then abs
rope crunches
standing and kneeling
150, 200lbs 2 sets of each weight
14-20 reps

oblique twists with bar
3 sets of 15-20

side obs with plates
35, 45lb plates 4 sets of 12-14

some medium cardio
7 mins or so
level 10 and down to level 5.

i tried to keep my left arm from swaying or w/e
i had to stretch a tad, fucking sucks
when my joints get stiff so quickly

the second pic
i was trying to show abs off
ahahh jk, i need to lose like another fucking 5-7% BF to get there
i think...


PS: the pants im wearing used to fit me pretty well
but i lost lotto weight
december of 06 size 38 (in pics) would be perfect fit
but would sometimes be too tight

now i cant even fucking wear them ..

Instince flat and incline press

120, and added 10lbs per set

then light cardio for 9mins
