Miami - My chest, has always been big and thick but flabby
and still is flabby, hopefully doing Heavier weights consistently will help

That's some crazy good volume there, Hypo; paired with excellent work to boot makes it even better.

I noticed its easier for me to add weight than ever
i mean, since its powerlifting
its so much easier which is odd

The pics suck, i still got lot of bodyfat
im BARELY able to see my upper abs
and have lower chest fat/tissue
inner thighs are lacking ,
so im gonna focus more on those

Forgot they had free food at the gym
for the spurs game
since i live in San anotonio
free pizza, bottled water
and free beer lol, yep free beer
i drank beer there dad didn't care
no one came up to me or anything
hey it was just bud light anyway ahhaha

then Fly machine
2 sets of 8 with 100lbs
then 2 sets of 6-8 on flat hammer strength machine
55lbs each side
then 1 set i think of 8 with 50lb cable crosses
stretches rotator cuff stuff

then legs
leg sled (like yours rocky)
one legged
100lbs 160lbs 220lbs 250lbs
8 reps each leg
