yea, i have shirts.
its usually hot as hell in this room even with the AC on
dunno why, i bet the vents are clogged with dead roaches :bowroflarms:

i dont train legs that much
once a week or two
havent done leg extensions in months anyway
i used to be able to do 4 sets of 15 with 275 leg extensions
gotta work my way up on that.
legs are one of my best quality lol

gonna do 205 with 4-6 reps hopefully tomorrow
id guess in bout 28-32days i might hit 315-320lbs
if i keep this up, hopefully,im also noticing more chest striations when i flex
and my lower pec is getting clearer (not much fat tissue anymore!)
hope these bad genetics stay away, or bad fat genetics.

Im also changing my routine again

Ez-BB curls 100lbs 4 sets of 406
DB hammer curls 90lbs 4 sets of 6

leg press, both legged
500lbs 4 sets of 20

ab rope crunches with belt on and 3 pairs of shirts
2 W/Os for that.

flat bench 4 sets
low cable xs
then next time its chest i do
flat bench 4 sets
then Hammer strength presses
4 sets

shoulders, lateral movements/heavy

triceps
heavy dip machine 100lbs more than i way
least 4 sets of 4-6

cable rows 4 sets 200lbs as many each set i can get out
behind neck lat pulldowns
4 sets plus pause at bottom hopefully 120lbs - 160lbs
can feel those traps working more..

cardio=heavy level 15 - 20 (max) for 10mins after WO

then 25grams of glutamine, 4 BCAAs caps
and when i get home lots o protein

You're setting your sights quite high hoping to jump up by 100lb on bench in under a month.
And 90lb DB hammers is huge!

that many lbs on the bench is not possible in one month man, sry if u do 200 for 4 reps now that equals to something like 240 for a single, u cant expect to do 315 in just one month...

best of luck w/ the 315 in a month......let us all know how it comes along, that is a tough task to try and achieve

its possible for me, i do the what jays does in benching
not all the way down, but i kinda pause top and bottom
full contraction, much easier to add weight then regular FRM.
add 10lbs each session to max
at 200lbs now 210 today

up to 100+lbs 6 reps each deeeep lol real deep
surprised my arms didnt pop

biceps

BB curls 100lbs didt do so well
EZ 90l then straight 80 then back up to 100 4 good reps
hoping to get 100lbs well soon

Db hammer curls
up to 90lbs 4 reps
