his max is 320 well i showed him how well going half way down and up does
like jay does, thats the way i do it, and it DOES work, you can see your chest getting pumped in just one set of 8 lol if correctly done. i love it this way also
since it doesnt put soo much stress on my already fucked up shoulders

Props on using the hammer strngth machine; I find them to be quite choice. Let's see some more sets with that impressive weight on your hammers though-I know you can do it

Thanks all, im gonna slow down on benching for now, gonna keep doing 250 for some time, cus i know that going up and up everytime is bad, untill i get 250 for 5 or so im gonna stay there, my waist went down from a jean size of 38 to a size 28 already getting thin on there heh, i'll keep yall guys informed

with the bar on the lower attatche and the upper one
up to 80lbs or so 6-8 reps

ab rope standing crunches
max weight up to 200lbs
side oblique rope crunches
kneeling ab rope crunches
arnold style cable crunches for anterior serratus

behind neck lat pull down up to 100lbs 8 reps
lat pulldowns narrow and wide grip
up to 160lbs 6-8 reps
