looking good, looking good i'd like to see sum heavy bench again, u were doing almost 100lbs more b4, i'd at least jump it up more brother

Nice get back session. Dropping the weight a little and strict form - you'll get so much more out of it. Good for you for leaving your ego at the door.

chest flat bb bench
up to 150 2 sets of that 7-6 good neg reps
hopefully doing them THIS strict will help my outer chest

Biceps
DB incline seated curls 3 sets from 25 to 35lbs 8-14reps
standing db curls 40lbs 8-10reps
on the last 4 reps of 40lb db curls standing they were negatives

DB CCs up to 45lbs 4 reps each hand , slow reps though
guess thats why i didnt do many reps,..didnt wanna do a swinging motion ..

seated DB hammer curls 45lbs 20reps

Back
iso hammer row machine thing up to 180lbs each hand
4-5 sets split from one handed to both hands every other set

lat pull down one set behind neck
one set close grip to chest
3 sets of each up to 155lbs 8reps
i noticed i did too many sets just for latpulldown
didnt wanna go passed 160, id probably fuck something up
in my arm...

abs, usuall ab routine yall know it

yea, money big issue, but i bet its worse overseas for ya..

today chest, back, biceps, abs.

Chest
flat DB bench up to 60lbs 6-8 reps, not alot of weight
first time doing these anyway .. well since a year or so lol

low cable crossovers for lower chest
up to 50lbs 12 reps, 40lbs, then 50 etc same reps

back
some DB rows 75lbs my style, much harder
all still. no momentum crap or w/e most guys i see shake their upper body up with the weight
4 sets 5.6.7.8 paused at the end of each rep

SHOULDERS I did i forgot to mention
From DB raises vertical db, and horizontal
20lbs to 30lbs 4 sets of 12
Seated Side DB raises 30 then 25lbs 8 reps each arm
bent DB raises 25lbs 3 sets 8-10

biceps

DB dumbbell Preacher curls 20lbs 8 reps
30lbs 8-10 reps
seated DB hammer curls
45lbs 12 reps, 2 sets
Hammer curls standing 1 set 45 12reps
DB CCs 35lbs 3 sets of 12

Nature- i do vaccum exercises
the ones arnold use to do, cept i also do them while working out, might be a bad problem cus i could throw up, thus far that hasnt happened yet lol..

Chat, pec deck not saying, i basically used it to stretch before the hammer chest workouts

hammer incline one handed up to 90lbs each arm 4 sets 6'-10
Hammer wide chest press up to 130lbs per arm 4 sets 6'-12

arms db curls,db ham curls, db ccs, up to 40lbs 4 sets 6-18

triceps some crappy tricep thing, just trying it out
2 sets with 80lbs

back

lat pulldown with small two handed handle
behind neck, hard to explain, tho makes your traps
get huge as hell

then lat pulldowns up to 160+ or so 6-8reps

some oblique twists, 10min cardio done

hammer iso high rows
up to 95lbs each side, not much but meh
3 sets of 10, all negs, kinda odd feeling too

hammer iso, reverse row same weight as above and sets/reps

chest, cable xs up to 50lbs 8-10reps
flat bench press, for pump, 140lbs wide narrow and normal grip
3 sets 6-8

legs, hacksquat 180lbs 4 sets 2 sets facing pad 2 sets facing away
joes calf blaster on smith, 130lbs 4 sets 6-10

abs usual ab routine
