Im back in the logs after some injuries mid and late 08 to my left hamstring.
I just came home from my last medical test..the verdict was..
No scar tissue what so ever! not even signs of previous injury...they couldn't tell I had pulled it twice.
My goals are:
- Regain what I have lost in size and go past that
- Beef my shoulders/arms up
- Add size to my chest
- Lose a couple of pounds and land at about 225-230lbs
Stats:
- Height : 5.8ft
- Weight : 254lbs

- Deadlift - 5 reps for 2-3sets
- DB/BB rows - 5 reps for 2-3sets

- Incline BB press - 5 reps for 2-3sets
- BB press - 5 reps for 2-3sets

- BB curl - 5 reps for 2-3sets
- Preacher Curl - 5 reps for 2-3sets
- Skullcrushers - 5 reps for 2-3sets
- Rope extensions - 5 reps for 2-3sets

- Shoulder Press - 5 reps for 2-3sets
- Side laterals - 5 reps for 2-3sets
- Rear delt flyes - 5 reps for 2-3sets

- Squats - 5 reps for 2-3sets
- Leg press - 5 reps for 2-3sets
- Leg curls - 5 reps for 4-5 sets
