Im back in the logs after some injuries mid and late 08 to my left hamstring.
I just came home from my last medical test..the verdict was..
No scar tissue what so ever! not even signs of previous injury...they couldn't tell I had pulled it twice.



My goals are:
  • Regain what I have lost in size and go past that
  • Beef my shoulders/arms up
  • Add size to my chest
  • Lose a couple of pounds and land at about 225-230lbs

Stats:

  • Height : 5.8ft
  • Weight : 254lbs
Trainingstyle:

  • Deadlift - 5 reps for 2-3sets
  • DB/BB rows - 5 reps for 2-3sets

  • BB press - 5 reps for 2-3sets

  • Preacher Curl - 5 reps for 2-3sets

Thank you Dryden, I hope the injuries are a thing of the past by now. I haven't felt anything in my hamstring for some time now so it should be 100% or close to it anyway. Im going to start of light though, so just light work for it right now.

I felt stronger then I thought, I was about to add a little more weight, but that would've been to much I think.
I focused on the negativ part really hard this time, taking probably 3 times as long to lower the bar as raising it​
