Awesome session DA, but for the leg press thing your lower back only gets involved if you got deep enough me personally I aim to hit the quads so I aim at going lower enough to right about the point where my ass lifts up event the tiniest bit this push back up.
This is to avoid using my back at all and keeping tension on the quads.
